Article 19-22 of the constitution contains the right to freedom.The right to right to freedom in Articel 19 guarants the follwing six Freedoms.

Freedom to form associations or union ; on which the state can impose reasonable restriction on this freedom in the interest of public order , morality and the sovereignty and

Freedom to move freely through out the territory of India though ; reasonable restrictions can be imposed on this right in the interest of the general public ,for example ,
restrictions may be imposed on movement and traveling , so as to control epidemic .
Freedom to reside and settle in any part of the territory of India ; Which is also subject to reasonable restrictions by states in the interest of the general public or for the protection of
the scheduled tribes because certain safeguard as are envisaged here seem to be justified to protection of the scheduled tribes because certain safeguards as are envisaged her seem to be
justified to protect indigenous and tribal peoples from explosion and coercion .Article 370 restricts citizens from other India states and Kashmir.
Freedom of professional occupation Trade or Business ; on which the state may impose reasonable restrictions in the interest of the general public. Thus there is no right to carry on business
which the dangerous or immoral . Also professional or technical qualification may be prescribed for practicing any professional or carrying on any trade . The constitution guarans the right
to life and personal . library , which in turn cites specific provision in these are applied and enforce .
Right yo freedom of religion (Articles 25- 28) :
It includes freedom of consccience and professing , preaching and propagating any religion subject to public order , morality and health . Every religion denominations can establish and maintain
institution for religious and charitable purposes manage its own affairs administer property .
Cultural and education rights ( Articles 29 – 30) :
This includes the right of any sections of the people preserve its own language , scripts and culture . It also guarantees the religious and culture minoroties to establish and administer their
own educational institutions .
